I faced the challenge of finding a job that didn’t involve hard work, finding real estate agents willing to assess my qualifications, and being passed over because of a box I had to tick on an application. Constant rejection can cause someone to fall into the same behavior that got them in trouble in the first place. Having my daughter made me realize that I wasn’t doing enough to prepare for her legacy. With FRIEND A FELON, I seek to help end the “revolving door” and bring about positive change around the world.
