As a member of the Electronics and Software team, you will work in our high tech labs and workshops located in our 17th century barn in the Cambridge countryside, 5 minutes J10 from the M11.

Like a Medical software consultant work on Application Development, you will be responsible for the design and development of robust and innovative applications for the healthcare industry.

What you will do:
- support business development activities relevant to Team’s software offering
- work closely with the UX/UI group to improve device user experience understand customer needs and translate them into practical product requirements document software architecture and design participate in medical device product development projects interdisciplinary team – e.g. brainstorming, risk assessments, design development, design testing, sales meetings and presentations
What we need from you:
- good degree, 2:1 or higher in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering
- 3+ years of experience and experience developing iOS apps on mobile platforms experience in Swift and XCode experience in a scripting language such as Python
Desirable but not essential:
- knowledge of IEC 62304 and SaMD medical software development standard
- experience in wireless connectivity such as Bluetooth Low Energy, Wi-Fi and NFC experience in developing Android apps familiarity with cloud services e.g. Azure and AWS
- familiarity with computer hardware
