Michael Parmett brings over 20 years of experience in supply chain execution software, most recently as Global Vice President of Customer Success at Locus. Having held leadership roles in a variety of disciplines, including sales, operations, account management/customer success, and strategic alliances, Parmett will bring a fresh perspective and wealth of experience to bolster the exceptional customer service provided by Datex.
Parmett has led strategic account management efforts for companies such as Manhattan Associates, HighJump Software (now part of Körber), IQN/Beeline and McHugh Software (now part of Blue Yonder) and co-founded and chaired TrigPoint Solutions, a technology company. providing asset management business intelligence solutions.

As Chief Operating Officer, Margaret Callaghy will continue her exceptional leadership in customer engagement by exclusively managing and working jointly with implementation and project management teams. Callaghy started at Datex in January 2017 and established the Project Management Office (PMO), where she introduced Project Management Institute (PMI) best practices for implementation and improvement projects. In April 2020, Callaghy assumed the role of Chief Customer Officer to focus on improving Datex’s internal resources and processes to closely align with customer goals. The move to COO will allow Callaghy to focus on improving techniques and delivery methods.
